ODOS SOFTWARE civil engineers are not just programmers or commercial customer supporters. They are all professional road designers, with a significant experience achieved by the conducting of a wide range of numerous road design studies both in Greece and abroad (Balkans). Most of them are actively involved in design studies undertaken by ODOS CONSULTING, a sister company of ODOS SOFTWARE activated in the design of transportation projects. ODOS SOFTWARE support personnel being fully aware of the methodology, the guidelines and the design practices of road design projects are really able to provide high level support services to their colleague-ODOS users. Any question coming by any ODOS user is answered by our engineers directly, in depth, always in the framework of the designed project. We can get involved in your project, figure your target and give you our professional opinion for any design issue. ODOS software products' support services are offered free of extra charge either by phone / e-mail or live in ODOS SOFTWARE premises. Through ODOS site, authorized ODOS software users have access to new versions download, installatins and user's manuals as well as FAQs.
